No one was proclaimed winner in the category where our Pandaqueña is again a finalist at the CMMA 2008. Instead, only a special citation was given to a priest finalist. But if  I am not mistaken, there were at least 4 other categories without any winner. Nonetheless, Ms. MARI-AN C. SANTOS is a 2-time finalist in the Best Entertainment Column print category together again with Mr. Nestor U. Torre and Mr. Ruben Nepales, both veteran writers from the Philippine Daily Inquirer. I wish to give you additional materials (hard copies) if only you will let me know where to send them. If you are with me, "Karangalan siya ng Pandacan", di ba? :-) Surprise of surprises! Samakatuwid, open to the general public! Basta lang may pamasahe hanggang sa GSIS Bldg. sa Diosdado Macapagal Avenue pwede na manood.
