  goood day to all, im romy lobaton, graduate ako sa beata noong 1978, i remember from morales area, where we start in grade one, we transfer to lanuza, i remember also mr. famini ,mrs. villalobos, mrs. gamboa, oh, my its ong back years na….:smile:

  Hello,
  Estudyante ako ng Beata Elementary school noong late ’50s. Nag-aral ako diyan ng grades 1 and 2 bago lumipat ang aming pamilya sa Cavite City. Nagbalik uli kami sa Pandacan noong taong 1962 at namalagi diyan hanggang 1979 nang ako’y umalis patungong Australia. Ibig kong bumisita sana minsan at mag-share ng aking kaalaman bilang teacher at mag-bigay ng mga gamit sa pag-aaaral ng mga bata. Nakatira ako ngayon sa Sydney Australia at nagtuturo ng English sa mga bagong immigrants dito. Ako ay Pandaquenia and proud of it!

  HI sa mga ka alumni ko sa BES batch83 ako! masarap sariwain ang mga nagdaan.. kami yata ang batch na hindi nakakuha ng year book kasi nasunog ang pinagpagawaan nilang printing press…..::sad:

  When I was still studying at Beata Elementary School ay parang katatayo pa lang ng school building. Parang kami ang mga unang mag-aaaral diyan. Medyo hazy ang memory ko kasi more than half a century ago pa. At that time meron health checks kami ng district nurse pati buhok namin tinitingnan kung merong lice. Meron kami palaging panyo and diyan ako nabakunahan ng tadtad ng needle pricks sa braso. hanggang ngayon ay meron pa rin marka and upper arm ko but I believe it protected me from diseases for a long time. I loved my stay there kasi magagaling ang mga teachers namin noon and we had fun playing in the schoolyard. Maliit pa ang school noon kasi maliit pa din ang population ng Pandacan. Ang grandparents and parents namin ay taal na taga-Pandacan. Sa San Jose St. kami noon nakatira. We used to walk home from Morales and along the way we used to pass by the big Spanish house with lots of trees in the yard. Very spacious pa ang Pandacan noon.

  Nice to see your story Ms. Evelyn, i have fun memory in Beata Elem School. From doon sa nutribuns, KLIM milk and etc.  Yes may mga libreng injection, dental check up at bunot (hhahahhaa nakakatakot lang ang needle) Sa pagkakatanda ko kami ang unang grumaduate sa beata elementary school.  Principal namin non si G.   beata grauate ata 2.isa lng ang masa2bi ko isa ito sa bahagi ng buhay ko.dito ng cmula lhast ng kakulitan wt my friends.kc lapit lng kmi dito along da way lng short cut puntang lorenzo dela paz .hehehe.mga guro namin salamat sa pagtu2ro ng mbuting asal sana dyan pa din po kyo sa beta .mrs.delaa alas,mrs barbara ,mrs ,paraon,mrs bautista tnks and the rest of my titser tnks po.and 2 mr.famini keep up for the good work po tnk.

  sa mga naging classmates ko d2 sa beata,lam ko di nyo makakalimutan name ko…hihi…gr.5 and 6 lng ako naging student ng beata pero i know na nakapag iwan ako ng konting dangal sa larangan ng sports,,,kaya nmn ang beata elem.school ay nagbigay gawad para sa akin nung gumraduate ako….sa mga nging teacher ko po jan thanks po sa inyong lahat!!!more power GOD BLESS po!!

  kakagraduate ko lng sa beata elem. school ’10-’11
  3rd honor po akong grumaduate kasabay ko po ang kasinggaling ko na si daphnie deduque ang valedictorian..  naging maganda ang aking pagaaral sa beata dahil sa dami ng kaibigan k di ko na kilala ung iba.. sana maging maayos ang pag-aaral ng mga susunod na henerasyon dto s beata kahit hdi advance ang pagtuturo pero kmi ang nag top sa Midyear at Final Achievement test

  Hi,
  I graduated from Beata Elem School in the year 1975, It was situated at Lanuza Building, my Elem School days are fun and memorable. although I came from not so popular and well known school I carried the School name wherever I go, and I’m proud of it. It was nice to live and learn those years hindi pa masyadong populated ang area ng Beata. Well done! hope you post some of our old class photograph of our batchmates. More power and God Bless

  Where is the old Beata Elementary School? That is the school I went to when I was in the first grade, the year was 1981 – 82.  Do you have any pictures or yearbook of the said old school? I really miss my memories there :-)

  sa lahat po ng nakakakilala kay Mam Norma Magat, she is confined at STA. ANA HOSPITAL. She need a blood donor. At sabi pa po hindi na daw siya makatayo. So Sad.

  Hi to all Beatenians,
     Walang magawa at naisipan kong i search sa google ‘tong Beata Elementary School na d2 ako nag aral mula grade 1 hanggang grade 4, from 1961 – 1965.
     Some of the faces of my teachers back then are so vivid to my mind until now, I even remember their last names like Mrs Monis, Mrs Sison, Mrs Alcantara. Yung teacher ko ng grade 1 na mataba, remember ko pa rin face nya but i 4got her last name. Ang janitor that time was Mang Tonying – may parang sira ung left or right eye nya, di ko matiyak.
     Ang name ng location yata ay Morales. May katabing pagawan ng drum. Ang fence nya ay ung bakal na may mga butas na bilog. It was pure sheet of metal. Antigo na ung bakod na yun at mura pa cguro noon yun. Ngayon hindi na yata gumagawa ng ganung bakod dahil mahal na ang bakal. May katabing tindahan yun na sikat sikat sa mga estudyante na ang pangalan ay “Beyong’s Sari Sari Store.” Maraming tindang snacks and cheap plastic toys.
     May bakanteng lote sa harap na andun yung flag pole, para sa flag ceremony at playground for the students. Halos all day laging may naka pwestong mga nagtitinda: ice drop, ice cream, aratilis, yung kulay itim na kasing laki din ng aratlis, I 4got the name, puto kutsinta, nilupak na kamote, banana cue, sago at gulaman, malamig na buko, etc.
     Konti lng naalala kong mga kaklase ko nuon like Milagros Bisda, Enrico Halal, Edilberto Galang, Redenta Rinos, Joel Cuaresma, Carlo Magno, Cesar Gari, Leonardo De Guzman.
     How I wish someday makapunta at makapasyal ulit ako dyan para maging feeling nostalgic hehe. 
     It was one of my memorable moments when I was schooling there. I was a kid, so, wlang problema, It was all fun and play.
     I’m so glad nadiskubre ko itong site na ‘to. Sana mabasa ‘to ng mga naging classmates and schoolmates ko noon. Nasa Thailand ako ngaun at pagbalik ko ng pinas sana magkaroon tayo ng reunion. 
     I have lost all my class pictures from grade 1 – 4, that’s why I need to get in touch with one of my classmates b4, to copy digitally his/her copy of our class pictures.
     I will visit this site once in a while to check on you guys!

    Seen your post and I was familiar with some of the names you have mentioned Bisda’s are still there in Road 1 Baretto, and the Cuaresma’s still in San Jose. I’am not sure if the actual person you referring to is there but I can say the “Family” is still there. Hope this helps.
