Vintage Pandacan Pics: 40s and 50s

In today’s post, we feature another vintage photos from the yester-decades. The old picture above was taken December 27, 1953 at Iglesia Filipiniana Independiente Church. Do you happen to know who the priest was? How about the rest of the group?

A couple more pics after the jump ….

The class picture above was from the J.Zamora Elementary School year 1948-1949. The adviser of these young fifth grader (grade V-A4) was Mrs. L. Dela Cruz. Ask your grandparents or parents if they remember this shot. :P

The last photo (above) is undated and the place was unspecified. Do you happen to know the location of this group shot? Let us know in the comment section below.

The last photo’s location is the same as the first one.
Makikita po ninyo ang altar lamp na nasa upper left corner pareho po nung sa una. Pati rin ang altar railings. Probable na ang pic 3 ay during fiesta dahil po sa mga decorations at cloth covering the railings. and especially prominent po sa pic 3 ang image ng Sto Niño na ivory ang kulay.
probable po na ang IFI Church sa 3 pic ay nagpa repaint na or nagpaletada na ng 2 sides na pader (dahil sa baka nga fiesta)
