  i’m renting a room in RDM building 1.  Feeling ko medyo di maganda pagkakagawa kasi nauga ang building sa konting daan lang ng mga truck.  i’m not sure lang sa ibang buildings kung ganun din ang case.  rent will vary depending sa ganda ng unit.  may 5k lang pero bare na bare as in kita mo pa yung mga tubo, etc. may mganda that will costs 10-15k (2 to 3 bedroom).

  meron po kayang studio type lang, kahit bare, na nasa 20-25 sqm. ang laki, kahit nasa mid-floor, pero nasa 5k lang ang rental fee? kapag meron naman po, pa-advice po ako… thanks po!

  hello!ask ko lng opinion nyo..okay ba na bumili jan sa rdm ng commercial unit..kc nagpplano ako bilhin ung isang unit and ano b ang pede p na business don..any suggestion po..salamat!

    @Bhing: as of now, may water station, grocer, butika, laundry shop at coffee shop sa recidencia… ang wala pa duon ay beauty parlor, gym, dental clinic…

      maraming salamat andres!..gusto ko sana dental clinic pero pag stay na ako for good jan sa pinas..kc in case na kukunin ko ung unit sayang nmn kung ‘di gagamitin..

    @bhing, goodluck na lang. walng nagtatagal na negosyo sa rdm. water station, nung lumakas, andami nagbukas walang control, tabi tabi na sila, umiiyak na mga negosyante. ganun din sa laundry shop, grocery, computer shop….walang proteksyon sa negosyo ang admin sa rdm, basta makabenta lang sila ng unit. subukan mo rin pumunta nang umuulan sa labas, umuulan din sa loob ng commercial building… seriously, sayang pera mo sa rdm.
    @andres, nagkaron na rito ng parlor, barberya at may mga nagsara na rin. dental clinic, may ilan na rin nagbukas at nagsara… gym wala pa. meron spa, sarado na rin.

      maraming salamat bonggakaday sa info..pano kaya yun,,nagiisip tuloy ako kung itutuloy ko ba o hindi  ..may unit kb jan sa rdm?

  Hi! I’m from Balagtas St. Pandacan. I would like to inquire if there are condo units for rent in RDM min. of 2 weeks stay? I mean, short term rentals. Would like to know how much for 1 month and if it’s inclusive of the electricity bill? And is there a unit where u can view the outside? I’m not considering an inner unit.   hi there! good day po, binabasa ko ang mga kometo about residencias de manila, may positive and negative  anyways  I would like to ask po if there is an available unit for rent kahit around 4k to 5k, 3 lang kami, my husband, one teen-age son and me.
