As promised, here are the beautiful photos from Buling-Buling 2009 (January 17, 2009) and Fiesta 2009 (January 18, 2009). Notable figures attended the events. Bayani Fernando (MMDA), Pandacan Councilors Lou Veloso, Beth Rivera, Bonjay Isip, Joy Dawis were all in the Buling-Buling.

    Susunod naman ang Buling-Buling ng Maynila Dance Competition 2009 sa anim na distrito ng Maynila simula sa Marso! Abangan ninyo! Sumali kayo at may mga malalaking papremyo. Isang makulay at makasaysayang pagdiriwang muli ito!

    Ang ganda ng mga pics! nakakamiss talaga ng fiesta sa pandacan! hopefully we can make next year! pero for sure punta kami sa jan 2012 para sa 300 yr anniv!! My uncle was hermano mayor this year hopefully magpadala sya din ng mga pics!!

    Uy, nice site for Pandacan. I lived there for more than 10 years kaya malapit sa akin ang lugar na ‘yan, especially those streets that are named after the characters in Balagtas’ Florante at Laura :)

    Thanks for sharing the Buling-Buling pictures. I remember joining once, as part of my school’s delegation.

    Hello Linda, Medyo matagal na kasi yan, and nagpalit ako ng computer/hard drive kaya wala akong bigger size, but I forwarded your inquiry to the admin who has the original photo. Hopefully may hi-res copy pa sya.
